Looks like I finally finished my final program for my java class. We could do what ever we wanted and I created a two dimensional battleship game. I was just messing around with it here. The *'s represent spots that can be guessed, the O's represent spots that have already been guessed and were misses. And the X's represent spots where I got the ship.

you can see right above the board that it says I sunk the u.s.s. Arizona. And that I sunk all of the ships, so I won. You can choose how many ships you want places on the board and based off of that it gives you a certain amount of guesses. Each time you sink a ship it displays a different name for the ship that you just sunk. I just made a bunch of random U.S.S. (state) names.
