Well the drive got pretty crazy. started out in a crazy snow storm. Then we hit a deer. Completely destroyed the deer. The push guard took the blow, The bumper got a dent and so did the fender. Everything else is good though.
Then just ten minutes later we saw some people on the side of the road. We only stopped to help them because Harry had his .45 handgun. Turned out they were walking to the next town, probably ten miles away. And it was 27 degrees and snowing. We gave them a ride to their dads house in eureka, where they were heading originally. as we were driving we saw the marks on the road where they went off and rolled. The one kid had to use a knife to cut the seat belt so that the other kid could get out. They were covered in blood pretty good. But I guess that's why we brought the 99 instead of the 96. The 99 has leather seats, so it was easily cleaned up quickly. And we saved them. I could have seen them dying of we wouldn't have picked them up. Hope we make the rest of the trip quickly and with no interruptions.

ReplyDeleteAll of the nights were pretty cold but I had my mummy bag so it wasn't bad. The days were pretty nice with a jacket. It was just a little windy. And this morning there was snow, so of course thats cold.
